Ballroom
The 4,086 square foot carpeted ballroom features a 750 square foot stage, 1,086 square foot dance floor, marble travertine, recessed lighting and modern sconces. This space is perfect for the luxury event of your dreams or a professional conference space. The ballroom seats 450 people. Rental of our space come with house furniture including: 8-foot banquet tables, 6-foot banquet tables, 60" rounds, 72" rounds, gold chiavari chairs with white cushions and metal or plastic folding chairs.
Lobby Bar
The Lobby Bar, formerly known as the Small Hall, is a tiled reception area featuring a full bar, skylight, recessed lighting and patio access. Perfect for hosting under 100 people, this space offers a cozier atmosphere. The full bar includes access to a kegerator and under counter refrigeration. Perfect for smaller events, this contemporary space is a blank canvas.
Patio
A little taste of peacefulness in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA, check out our outdoor event space. The Covered Patio features benches and tress around the perimeter. Enclosed on the north side by the 113-year-old church stained glass windows and on the south side our Parish Center this is a versatile outdoor oasis. The patio hold up to 150 persons.
Kitchen
Our commercial kitchen is available to licensed and bonded caterers, restaurants . The space features a walk-in refrigerator, walk-in freezer, ovens, ranges, frier, commercial mixer and more. Short term and long term rentals available. Please email [email protected] for more details
Multi-Purpose Rooms
The Parish Center has 3 multi purpose rooms on the 2nd floor (only accessible via stairs). Rooms #1 and #2 are our parish classrooms. Equipped with tables, seating, chalkboards, dry erase boards and more these classrooms can seat up to 20 adults. Room #3 is our rehearsal room/conference room that feature floor to ceiling mirror on one wall and can hold up to 25 adults.
Parking Garages & Lot
Our space offers parking for over 100 standard sized vehicles. There is a 2-floor secured indoor parking garage at the facility. The Parish Center also offers an outdoor gated parking lot on N.
